There are pages within this site offering virtual tours of one home for sale and various rental units with links to rooms and apartments near the University of Maryland, as well as other locations, however, this does not imply these are all immediately available. Occupancy is constantly subject to change and the ONLY way to know what is available is to contact the owner/landlord directly.

It appears the following rentals will be available in 2012:

• Questions about Renting for the next Fall Semester can likely be answered HERE.

• A 2 BR apartment with hardwood floors and very near UMD $1500/month plus utilities

• A Single room available June 1, 2012 - A very nice, furnished $600/month Room

• A very large room with private bath suitable for married couple $900/month near UM Shuttle (Available July 2012)

• 

• The above room INCLUDES UTILITIES with wireless internet and rooms are FURNISHED. (apts are Not)

• A nice room that shares a bath in a student house $500/month (Available Summer 2012)

• A furnished basement apartment that is near the UM Shuttle stop and bike path for $900/month

• 

• Collegiate Group rents EITHER apartments or individual rooms within student houses, but NOT entire houses.

• There might be an entire house for Rent NOT through Collegiate Group, but by Another Landlord at THIS LINK.

Prospective tenants who would like to view the LEASE, or the College Park Addendum, or the Rental Application should click on the appropriate link.

University of Maryland students, in particular, should be familiar with City of College Park ordinances. Reference to this can be found in the City Link and the College Park Ordinances.
